Getting started
How do I create my first image?
Open Wondershot, take a photo or pick one from your library, choose a style template, and tap to generate. When the result is ready, you can save, share, or try another style.
Do I need an account?
You can browse key areas right away. Depending on your device, sign in with Google or Apple to use account-specific features such as credits, generation, profile management, and collections.
Why does my result look different from my photo?
Results are AI-generated and creative by design, so they vary from photo to photo. Each style aims to keep the main subject recognizable, but it is an artistic reshoot rather than an exact copy.
Credits, subscriptions & billing
How do credits work?
Each generation uses credits. New accounts receive free starter credits. You can get more by purchasing credit packs (one-time) or subscribing to a membership that grants monthly credits. The credit cost is shown before you confirm a generation.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and renew under that store’s terms. Cancel in Google Play Subscriptions or Apple subscription settings. Follow the deadline shown by the store; access continues through the current paid period.
How do I request a refund?
Request a refund from the store that processed the purchase. For Google Play, use support.google.com/googleplay/answer/15574908. For Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility is governed by applicable law and store policy.
A generation failed but my credits were deducted. What now?
If a generation fails due to a technical issue on our end, contact us at support@wondershot.art within 7 days and we will look into restoring or compensating the affected credits.
Account & data
How do I delete my account and data?
Use Profile → Delete account in the app, or follow the public instructions at wondershot.art/account-deletion. Account deletion removes associated cloud data; unused credits are forfeited and the action cannot be undone.
What happens to the photos I upload?
Uploaded photos and generation inputs may remain in private cloud storage while a job is queued, processed, retried, or recovered. Generated images may remain in cloud storage until account deletion. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Which devices does Wondershot support?
Wondershot is available for iPhone on the App Store and for Android on Google Play.
