Getting started

How do I create my first image?

Open Wondershot, take a photo or pick one from your library, choose a style template, and tap to generate. Your result appears in seconds — then you can save, share, or try another style.

Do I need an account?

You can start using Wondershot right away. Sign in with Apple is optional and unlocks account-specific features like cross-device sync and collections.

Why does my result look different from my photo?

Results are AI-generated and creative by design, so they vary from photo to photo. Each style aims to keep the main subject recognizable, but it is an artistic reshoot rather than an exact copy.

Credits, subscriptions & billing

How do credits work?

Each generation uses credits. New accounts receive free starter credits. You can get more by purchasing credit packs (one-time) or subscribing to a membership that grants monthly credits. The credit cost is shown before you confirm a generation.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple and renew automatically. To cancel, open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Wondershot, and choose Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You keep access until the end of the current paid period.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at their discretion. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support to request one.

A generation failed but my credits were deducted. What now?

If a generation fails due to a technical issue on our end, contact us at support@wondershot.art within 7 days and we will look into restoring or compensating the affected credits.

Account & data

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request account deletion from within the app’s Account Center, or email us at support@wondershot.art. Account deletion removes your associated data; note that unused credits are forfeited and this action cannot be undone.

What happens to the photos I upload?

Uploaded photos are processed to create your result and are not kept as permanent copies on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling and retention.

Which devices does Wondershot support?

Wondershot is available on iPhone via the App Store. An Android version is on our roadmap.
