Delete Your Wondershot Account

You can permanently delete your Wondershot account in either of these ways:

1. In the Android app: open Profile → Delete account, review the warning, and confirm Delete permanently.
2. Without access to the app: email support@wondershot.art with the subject “Wondershot account deletion request.” Send the request from the Google or Apple email associated with the account when possible. We may ask for limited information needed to verify ownership; never send a password, purchase token, or full payment-card number.

What Is Deleted

Deletion removes the account profile, cloud-stored generated images, account-owned templates and uploaded template assets, generation inputs, credits and membership entitlement, active login sessions, and product analytics directly associated with the account. Photos already saved on your device are local files and remain until you delete them or uninstall the app.

Cloud object cleanup starts immediately. Temporary service failure or an in-progress generation may require automatic retry and a delayed final sweep; this cleanup is normally completed within 24 hours and no later than 30 days.

What May Be Retained

We may retain the minimum transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, or legally required compliance records for the period required by applicable law. This includes one pseudonymous, non-profile marker used only to prevent the same sign-in identity from repeatedly receiving a one-time welcome bonus; it contains no email, name, avatar, photos, credit balance, or provider token. Retained records are restricted from ordinary product use and are deleted or de-identified when the retention purpose ends. Watermark-consent audit records required by applicable generated-content labeling rules are de-identified from the deleted account.

Subscriptions

Deleting the Wondershot account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play subscriptions or your Apple subscription settings. Store refunds are governed by the applicable store’s policies.

Account deletion is permanent. Purchased or granted credits cannot be restored after deletion.
